MADISON MOONLIGHT FLOAT- FYI: The dates of the full moon for this summer are Tuesday, July 7; Thursday, August 6; and Friday, September 4. Anyone may organize and put an announcement in the bulletin with plans of a float trip. In the past, groups have met for supper or snacks at Bear Trap day use area and then launched for their float around 10:30 PM. (Putting rafts in at Warm Springs and getting out just past the bridge by the boat launch area.) Will the weather cooperate this year!?!

The season of Lent of 2011 is over. We remembered all the suffering of Jesus for six long weeks by looking at the various items that popped up in the Passion arrative of the gospels.
One of the spiritual disciplines that I try to accomplish every year is to read through the Bible in a year. To help me accomplish the goal, I have purchased a One Year Bible.
