WANTED: JUSTICE WALKERS!  God calls each of His followers to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with Him, and GEMS Girls’ Clubs walk-a-thon event will show you just what that means! EVERY ONE of all ages is invited to join us for the Walk the Micah Road Experience on Saturday, June 13, from 9:00 am to noon, starting at First CRC parking lot on Churchill, walking around the area, and ending at Bethel CRC. This is an intergenerational event for the whole family. Food, games, activities, and fellowship are just a few of the wonderful things you will experience at this walk-a-thon. GEMS:  Pledges are due to your counselor or to JOYCE - 388-6809 by MAY 15. More pledge brochures are on the table by the fellowship hall. We would like to have all the girls in our club participate in this event. For a pledge of $25.00 the girls will receive a T-shirt for the event. There is also a donation box on the table for anyone who would like to donate for this event, or pledge $25.00 for a GEM to walk. The money raised will be used for our club expenses and for a donation to the GEMS “Call to Africa”. We are also in need of many canopies for each of our stations.
