DEACON’S CORNER
Proverbs 30:8,9
8 Keep falsehood and lies far from me;
       give me neither poverty nor riches,
       but give me only my daily bread.
9 Otherwise, I may have too much and disown you
       and say, 'Who is the LORD ?'
       Or I may become poor and steal,
       and so dishonor the name of my God.
     The beginning of the New Year is a good time for us to recommit ourselves to God’s work. As we reflect on the past and commit to the future, we ask you to consider our missionary families: Daryl and Carol VanDyken, Lauren and Connie Runia, Rick and Becky Luth, and Jeff and Missy Bos. The offering on January 10, will be for our missionaries. Please note on your check if you will want your money designated—otherwise it will be divided between them.
     Thank you for your donations toward a new computer for Sosthene. At this writing, we have collected approximately $750.
     If you have not returned your Peter Fish, please do so by January 17. We will total the donations at that time.
     Thank you for continued stewardship with the gifts God has given. May He bless us throughout 2010.
